Works progressing well at Queen’s Hotel in Newton Abbott with some of the building’s previous evolution having now been uncovered….we are looking forward to seeing new apartments forming from this shell soon.
Worcester Art for Fun Exhibition!
Worcester Cathedral is currently running an art exhibition in Deans Chapel for Worcester Art for Fun (WAFF) group, run by one of our fabulous Zebra's, Joanna, who has organised all this in her spare time and done a brilliant job! Displaying a variety of paintings & drawings, some of which are for sale, the exhibition will be on until Thursday 10th May, so if you get the chance, go check it out!

Zebra are extremely pleased to announce planning approval for a major residential development in Ledbury! The approved scheme consists of 100 dwellings, with a mixture of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bed homes. The design team worked tirelessly for over two years resulting in an approval by delegated powers.

Good progress is being made on site at Comer Road in Worcester for 20 supported living units. With completion due for August, the contractors are now up to the first floor.

Queen's Hotel Redevelopment - Newton Abbot
Work has started on an exciting redevelopment of the Queen’s Hotel, opposite the railway station in Newton Abbot. This redevelopment for which Zebra achieved planning permission and are supporting on site, will provide 21 new apartments, breathing a new lease of life into this local Victorian landmark building.
Pickersleigh Grove, Malvern
Zebra Architects are delighted that they are working with contractor Speller Metcalfe to deliver 92 dwellings for Worcestershire based Fortis Living at Pickersleigh Grove, Malvern. Zebra secured the planning approval during 2016 with the team now advancing the technical package to start on site during late Spring 2018.
Nestling at the foot of the Malvern Hills, the scheme comprises a mix of 1 bed apartments, as well as 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
